These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to the Eve Legal text messaging program operated by Butler Labs, Inc. dba Eve Legal ("Eve Legal," "we," "us," or "our").
Program Description
By opting in, you agree to receive informational, non-marketing text messages from Eve Legal related to your legal matter. These messages may include onboarding steps, document requests, treatment check-ins, claim information requests, secure link notifications, and case status updates.
When you opt-in to communications from Eve, you agree to receive text messages related to topics such as scheduling confirmations, resource links, and answers to product questions.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP”. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at help@eve.legal.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Opt-In
You opt in to receive SMS messages from Eve Legal by submitting your mobile phone number through an Eve Legal form and affirmatively checking the box agreeing to receive case-related text messages.Consent to receive text messages is not required to obtain legal services or use Eve Legal's services.
Opt-Out
You can opt out at any time by replying **STOP** to any text message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we may send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

Privacy
Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.eve.legal/privacy-policy.
