These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to the Eve Legal Case Comms text messaging program operated by Butler Labs, Inc. dba Eve Legal ("Eve Legal," "we," "us," or "our").

By opting in, you agree to receive informational, non-marketing text messages from Eve Legal related to your legal matter. These messages may include onboarding steps, document requests, treatment check-ins, claim information requests, secure link notifications, and case status updates.

Opt-In
You opt in to receive SMS messages from Eve Legal by submitting your mobile phone number through an Eve Legal form and affirmatively checking the box agreeing to receive case-related text messages.Consent to receive text messages is not required to obtain legal services or use Eve Legal's services.
Opt-Out
You can opt out at any time by replying **STOP** to any text message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we may send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
