Auditor finds $1m cases hiding in plain sight

Somewhere in your case inventory, a seven-figure case is hiding. That’s where Eve Auditor comes in. Auditor reads the records across every case and surfaces the findings that matter, every night.

Unlock hidden value and increase revenue

Auditor surfaces missed TBIs, unreported MRIs, permanent impairment indicators, and other medical value drivers that directly increase settlement amounts — and drive more revenue for your firm.

Reduce time on desk

Auditor eliminates the manual, document-by-document review process and replaces it with a filterable dashboard that cuts across your entire case inventory.

Create better client relationships

Auditor surfaces the small details that really matter. Every client will know that you really know their case, understand what they went through, and are fighting to get what they deserve.

“We can dive into a case better, create arguments we wouldn’t have been able to create, which leads to higher settlement values.”

“I can see a reduction in our time on desk — from intake to disbursement, A to Z, these bookends are getting narrower. And it’s just getting faster and faster.”

“Auditor provides a framework to have meaningful conversations with your clients. They are going to know that you care because you took the time to review everything and connect with them on it.”

How plaintiff firms use Eve Auditor

Auditor fits into how your firm already works. Whether you’re a managing partner, associate, or paralegal.

Partners

Eve Agents keep work moving across all cases, all the time. Partners can quickly assess progress, see agent activity, review high-quality drafts, and focus on judgment and strategy — not execution.

Associates

Eve Agents handle time-intensive drafting and summarization work, helping associates produce high-quality work faster, and spend more time refining arguments and building case expertise.

Paralegals

Eve Agents reduce repetitive coordination and document work, making it easier for paralegals to keep cases organized, up to date, and moving forward.

Start at the bird’s eye view. Drill into details.

Auditor starts with a cross-case dashboard of all findings, then lets you drill into any specific case to see the evidence, read the citations, and take next steps.

Now with Eve, I can be as efficient as 20 people.

Questions and answers

We already do regular file reviews. Why do we need Eve Auditor?

Eve Auditor runs between your file reviews, every night, catching the things that would otherwise wait until the next review cycle. Even the best teams doing 30- or 60-day reviews are leaving weeks of exposure on every case. Auditor doesn't replace your existing process. It runs automatically across your entire portfolio every single night, surfacing findings like undiagnosed TBIs, missed MRIs, and mass tort eligibility in between the reviews your team is already doing. Think of it as a safety net that ensures nothing slips through the cracks, no matter how many cases your team is juggling.

How does Auditor verify its findings? Can we trust the output?

Every finding Auditor surfaces is cited directly to the specific page and passage in the source document it came from. Your team doesn't take Auditor's word for it. They click the citation, see the original medical record or case document, and make the call themselves. Auditor brings information to the surface. Your attorneys still make all the decisions. As Jeff Glassman's litigation team reported, citation accuracy has been strong from the start, and it continues to improve as the system learns from more data.

What does Auditor actually look for in my cases?

Auditor currently runs six types of audit reports: undiagnosed traumatic brain injuries (TBI Finder), MRIs that were ordered but never completed (MRI Finder), mass tort eligibility, permanent and total impairment cases, Social Security disability cases, and an insurance and liability overview across all matters. Each report type analyzes the medical records and case documents in context, not just keyword matching, so it can identify issues that a simple search would miss. New report types, including deadline tracking and expanded practice areas, are actively in development.

How does Auditor get access to my case data? Is there a lot of setup involved?

Auditor connects to your existing document management system or case management system and syncs automatically. Once the integration is configured, new documents flow into Eve as they're added to your DMS, and Auditor runs on them that night. You can also upload documents directly. There's no manual data entry, no workflow changes for your team, and no ongoing maintenance. Your team just opens Eve and sees the findings.

What practice areas does Auditor support?

Auditor currently supports personal injury cases, including auto accidents, premises liability, and medical malpractice, with specific audit reports for TBI identification, MRI tracking, mass tort eligibility, permanent and total impairment, and Social Security disability. Eve is actively expanding Auditor into workers' compensation, labor and employment, and litigation-specific use cases like deadline tracking and discovery management. If you have a practice area you'd like Auditor to cover, Eve's team works with design partners to build new report types based on firm needs.
